t.i. and tiny arrested?!!!!!!!

What the hell is wrong with T.I. and Tiny? I mean seriously, he knows damn well that he is on paperwork and she knows damn well he is on paperwork, so why the hell would they be in Los Angeles smoking weed, drinking syrup, and looking like targets in a Maybech?!! Even I know that a car full of black people in Los Angeles is already suspect, but seriously!!!! I really need for these two to get it together, I mean they have children who have to deal with their drama in school, they have families who have to deal with their drama, and worst of all, T.I. is on his way back to jail.

I’m going to pray for these two and hope they get it together, because if they keep this up, they are going to lose everything they have, which would be sad.

thank you and good night…

This video made me laugh and wonder what’s wrong with these kids nowadays! These girls are very talented, but to use their talent for this mess… speechless!!!!!! On another note, this video is hella funny, mainly because it’s not what you would expect at all!!!! I almost feel bad for being entertained, but they sound so good!!

good for her…

Fantaisa’s new album “Back to Me” is number one on the R&B charts and number two on the Billboard Top 200. She sold 117,057 albums (which is more than I thought she would), so before I start hating in this girl, I will just say congrats ‘Tasia.

a little jesus…

These three little boys are annointed by God, and I will buy their album when they release one. It’s not often when you see little black boys singing for God. The older boys were on The Ellen DeGerenes Show earlier this year, and now the little brother wants in on the action :) Anyway, check out these beautiful little boys singing “Praise on the inside” by J. Moss…

Y’all already know that if my son shows sings of being a singer, it’s over. You are going to get sick of me and him singing on youtube. I’m just letting you know now!!!!

as i promised…

I have finally uploaded the pictures of my baby and I am going to share a couple with you all. For those of you who have never seen a 3-D ultrasound picture, they are not extremely clear, but if you look hard enough you can see what you are looking at. I must admit, I had no idea what the lady was talking about at first. I have also decided to reveal his name to you. So everyone I introduce to you all Charles Anthony Cosby II…

The third picture is a family favorite because my husband said that it looks like the baby is wearing a wig. It really does look like he is wearing one. I hope you all enjoy looking at my pride and joy. Although he doesn’t look like me, I am still hoping that by the time he is born, I am in there somewhere!!!!

the video has finally arrived…

Jazmine Sullivan is an amazing songstress, and I posted a few weeks ago her new song “Holding You Down.” I LOVE this song mainly because as a woman I can relate, as I’m sure some of you can also. Anyway, I am so excited that she made the video, and you know I had to share it with you all. I hope you love it as much as I do…

How cute was the “House Party”/80’s themed party at the end?

y’all know I love lauryn hill…

So of course I had to post this video of her performing The Fugees classic “Ooh La La La” in which she brings out everybody and their baby daddy (you will see what and who I mean at around the 3:00 min. mark) Anyway, do you think Lauryn Hill can make a full comeback or is it just wishful thinking on my part?

happy belated birthday…

Yesterday was also the 52nd birthday of music legend Michael Jackson. I’m sure had he still been alive, we would be hearing new music and still watching the crazy that was Michael Jackson. May he rest in peace, and his soul is going to live in forever!!!!!!

Of course you know I had to include my favorite Michael Jackson song…

i know i was supposed to do this yesterday but…

Yesterday was the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, as I’m sure you all know. I wasn’t able to get to my computer yesterday, so today I am going to my “In Memory Of…” and how far they have come post.

First, I want you all to take a minute or two to remember the lives of those lost. I think all of us who have ties to New Orleans and the Gulf Coast were affected in one way or another. I personally don’t know if my favorite great uncle and cousin made it out, I pray they did, but if not, I pray they are in Heaven watching over me. Katrina is still a disaster that could have been lessened, had the people running the city been doing their jobs. I don’t mean to point fingers, but this is America, and the images that are still in my mind shouldn’t have been.

Next, I want to give praise to those who went back home and rebuilt their homes and showed those who didn’t want them there that they weren’t going anywhere. I want to give praise to Brad Pitt for helping rebuild and making better homes for our people. I want to give praise to all of they people who went to New Orleans to help and never left. I am encouraged by the people of New Orleans, because it seems like no matter what that city is hit with, they not only come back , but they come back stronger. New Orleans is an inspirational city, and I am honored that they are a prat of these wonderful United States of America. Our country isn’t perfect, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in the world!!!!

Check out some pictures of New Orleans during Katrina and now…
